COMING SOON!

I was asked a while ago to consider republishing my articles that previously appeared in the Cray Wanderers matchday programmes over a number of years. Working on the basis that 'the more articles I can provide on this site, the more who visit can read', I am happy to oblige. The new section, containing my past jottings, will be called 'From the Archives'.

At the moment, I am busy collating all the programmes in which my articles appeared. As these programmes covered many seasons from around 2010 until the early part of 2025, with a couple of seasons off for good behaviour in between, you can perhaps imagine that gathering up all those programmes isn't an easy task. Then I've got to retype each article as the original files I supplied to the programme editor were never saved; oh, Lordy, what a fun job I've got on my hands.

Hopefully, it will all be worth it in the end and that, new supporters of Cray Wanderers as well as older and more established supporters can have a good read.

How I hope this new section will work is, archive articles will be listed on this page and linked to, in a similar way that the new articles are listed on the 'home' page. There's bound to be a few 'hiccups' early doors - there usually is when I try to create something new. Just keep an eye out for the new section in coming days or weeks.
